Custom shirts can only be returned due to production mistakes and/or
manufacturing defects and will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
All shirts ordered with standard images or decals can be exchanged for different
sizes, unfortunately due to the custom nature of all our shirts we cannot accept
any shirt back for refund. A shipping fee of $5.90 will be charged for all
exchanges.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Exchange Policy
Please call for an Return Goods Authorization Number before sending any item
back(RGA#).
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order for your RGA# and
return instructions. You can contact us via email or you can call during regular
office hours Monday through Friday 8am-2pm PST (951)659-8317.
Returned items may not used, washed, worn, altered or damaged.
Exchanges will be for size only and must be for the same image in the same style
and color of shirt.
While you may exchange more then one shirt on an order if needed, we only allow
one exchange per shirt.
Custom text or image shirts may not be exchanged.
You will be responsible for any item sent back inappropriately or that does not
meet exchange or return requirements.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for getting the merchandise back to us and indicating
the nature of the return.
You may use any method of return that you feel comfortable will get to us
safely.
A $5.90 return shipping fee applies when making an exchange. This includes
multiple shirts on the same order as long as they are sent back at the same
time.
The RGA# must be on the outside of the box for the package to be accepted back.
Errors/Damage/Refunds
If you have received an item that was damaged, defective, incorrect or not what
you ordered please call during office hours or email us. Please do not return
damaged/error items without first contacting us.
If merchandise is received damaged please save all packaging for possible
inspection by UPS.
Due to the custom nature of our shirts we do not accept shirts for a refund.
If we make an error our preferred resolution is to remake the shirt for you
however there are some occasions when in the event of an error a refund will
beissued.

are subject to change without advanced notice.
Shipping
Shipping is only $5.90 for all orders!
We ship UPS Ground to all of the United States.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military addresses orders are shipped via the
United States Postal Service.
It is important to note that U.S. Postal service packages are untraceable.
We do not ship to out of the USA to foreign addresses. Nor can we accept foreign
credit cards.
UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, If you have a P.O. Box listed as your ship to
address it will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. (please note:
this may delay the shipping time by acouple of days).
UPS Address Correction Fee
Please be sure that you provide us with the correct address for shipping your
merchandise. If an address correction is necessary in order to deliver your
package UPS will assess an address correction fee of $5.00 to the delivery. You
agree to pay this fee if you provide a wrong address or if you change the ship
to address after your package is in transit. This charge will be billed
separately to the credit card used for your purchase.
Refused or Returned Deliveries
As of January 2006 UPS now charges a shipping fee when a package must be
returned to shipper. Orders that are refused by the customer or returned to our
warehouse due to insufficient or incorrect addresses will be subject to return
shipping costs. If any package cannot be delivered due to our error no
additional shipping will apply.
Upgraded Shipping
Overnight, Two-Day, Third Day UPS Shipping, please contact us as shipping and
handling will vary. Please provide the shipping address and items you want to
order.
All orders are processed within 24hrs. and shipped UPS Ground Excluding Weekends
and Holidays. However, we are required to ask that you wait 6-7 business days
for delivery within the continental U.S.
*Please be advised that mail order items do not incur taxes unless you are
ordering from our home state of California.
